If your items are in stock, they will ship within 48 hours of cleared payment. This does not apply to orders for Bands or Decorative Bands.

Cleared Payment means, if you pay with a credit card or PayPal ballance your items will be on their way within 48 hours. If you use an E check or send a check, your items are not going to ship until the check clears. E checks take at least 4 days from the date of order. Personal checks can take up to 10 business days. There are no exceptions to this policy.

We do not ship merchandise "Pending Payment".

If you order a small item and would like to have it shipped via first class mail, please drop us an E mail before you order and we will try to take care of it for you. Some items cannot go First Class Mail, but if they can, we might be able to save you a couple bucks on the shipping.

Stuff Happens. If it happens to YOU, please e mail us right away and we will take care of it. Period. If you make an order and then decide to add to it and get charged for shipping again, don't get your package, whatever - PLEASE let us know and we will do whatever it takes to make it right. No Questions asked.
